ThirdForce Plc is an established provider of e-learning solutions and services to over two million learners in education, government, healthcare, hospitality and commercial organisations worldwide. With offices in the UK, Ireland, Australia and Canada, we currently employ 130 people.

ThirdForce is listed on the London AIM and Dublin IEX markets and has its registered office and headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.

We believe we are the largest independent e-learning company in the UK (the world’s No.2 e-learning market). Our strategy is to build a global e-learning business through acquisition and organic growth. We have already successfully built a strong foundation in the UK.

To date we have acquired four companies Electric Paper (EP) in 2003,AV Edge in 2004, Creative Learning Media (CLM) in 2005 and MindLeaders in 2007.

We continue to pursue further acquisitions, including in the USA (the world's No.1 e-learning market), which will add growth and scale to our business.

We have built an extensive portfolio of e-learning products though internal development and acquisition. We own all of the Intellectual Property (IP) within our products and this IP represents one of our key assets.

We provide learning and training through the medium of technology to large population groups either within the workforce or without.

Rights of Shareholders

The company is incorporated in the Republic of Ireland. The rights of shareholders in an Irish incorporated company are similar to, but not identical to, those of an English incorporated company.
